Recivo ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a Shopify app that sends branded email receipts to your customers on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Order and customer data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS) solely for the purpose of sending receipts. We retain order records for up to 90 days to allow receipt resends and analytics. You may request deletion at any time.

If you are a customer of a Shopify store that uses Recivo, you may contact that store directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Upon receiving a verified deletion request from a merchant, we will permanently delete the associated customer records from our systems within 30 days.
Merchants can request deletion of all their store data by uninstalling the Recivo app or emailing us at support@tryrecivo.com. We will delete all associated data within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. Shopify API secrets and credentials are never exposed publicly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes via email or a notice in the Recivo dashboard.
